Piedmont is a small town with a population of only 10,667 as of the 2010 census. It is a residential settlement consisting primarily of the working class in the San-Francisco-Bay-Area. Because of its education systems, property value and significantly low crime, many people have find it very desirable to live in this community. Although there are no restaurants within Piedmont’s streets, the town is located within great shopping and restaurant districts in Oakland. The strict zoning restrictions prevent any new startups in the small town but there are many opportunities to set up your enterprise in the neighboring city centers a few minutes away.
